The problem
An influencer festival produces tens of thousands of stories in a few days, and each one is gone after 24 hours.
The company behind the event wanted to know, while it was still running, which creators were posting, which sponsors appeared on screen and which posts were ads. No team can watch that much video, and a caption does not say what is visible in the picture.
How it ran
Capture
About 2,170 Instagram accounts were checked every 30 minutes for four days. More than 45,000 stories and 2,000 posts were saved before they expired.
Read
One orchestrating Claude session ran up to 20 Claude Sonnet agents side by side. Each looked at the image or the video frames and answered the same four questions.
Check
Rules in code sit above the model's answer. A brand match counts only with visible evidence, and groups of posts that are easy to get wrong are read a second time.
Report
Three interim reports went out while the event was running. The 1,127-page final report followed the next day.
- 24,047

- 20,817

What the second read bought
- 12%
- of sponsored-link content missed after one read
- 2%
- missed after a targeted second read
A link sticker is small and on screen for a moment. Instead of reading everything twice, the pipeline picks out the groups where a miss is likely and sends only those back.
Where it fits next
The same pipeline suits any moment where content is visual, short-lived and too much for people to watch: a product launch, a match day, a concert, a campaign weekend.
